What information do we collect?
When you order we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. We will also require your credit card/debit card number and expiry date to enable us to process your order, carry out credit checking and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number to enable us to contact you if required.
We can only deliver to the registered address of the card. If this is a problem please contact us before placing your order.
You normally have to enable cookies from us and Paypal to enable payment to be processed.

All prices are in British Pound Sterling.
Purchase can be made in most currencies through out the world using our paypal account. Euro and US $ also accepted. If your currency is not displayed you can contact with your order details we can accept order from most countires via our secure payment system once shipping cost is calculated.
Goods advertised on this site are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuations in market prices which are beyond our control.
As we supply without borders within the EU does not required additional paperwork, outside the EU we have a small amount of extra papaerwork to stop your order being delayed at you end. A small addtional charge is levied ,dependant upon size of order, we will notify you of this before processing your order.
We can accept international orders but they may be subject to addtional charges, we contact you before shipping your order, of any additional costs, before shipping. We can accept payment in many currencies.Please email us with details. Items can only be shipped to the registered address of the purchase card.
Goods are packed and dispatched by Royal mail within two days of receipt. Where possible by first class post, if the order is under 1kg total weight. Should your order exceed that it will be sent by parcel force or a carrier we deemed suitable for the size of package.The postage cost will be calculated by weight,and added to the basket before payment. For international orders , we will contact you prior to postage if there are addtional costs before we dispatch your order. If you required urgent orders please email us also. The delivery cost for your transaction from details supplied are for UK mainland delivery, for other area's please contact us to arrange suitable carriers. The cost of this will be amended to your final purchase.
We endeavour to keep all items in stock at all times and in sufficient quantities to satisfy customer demand, however there may be occasions where an item is temporarily out of stock. We will contact you immediately should this happen and offer you the choice of cancelling the item or placing the item on a back order.
Should we become temporaly out of stock, we will endevour to fullfill your order with 7 days. if we are unable to do this due to external factors, we will let you know and give you other option to change your order or recieve refunds on said part.

We only use your information upon purchase for the transaction in progress this is completed through Paypal's Secure payment system. Once your order is completed all you finacial details are destroyed,in acordance with statutory regulation.
Occasionally we realise that you may want to return an item to us, which is why under our no quibbles guarantee, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in it's 'original condition' within 7 days from the date you received the item.
Goods may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting us, by telephone or e-mail, requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return if they have been used unless faulty.This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You will be required to cover the cost of return post.
Ensure that you retain proof of postage for items being returned.
Once recieve we will check there condtionand if demeed unused we will offer a full refund of the purchased item less postage.
Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we are happy to refund all delivery charges incurred. Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition within 7 days. We guarantee to replace goods that have arrived damaged.Please keep ALL packing as this will be required for insurance purposes. If these are not kept we maynot be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt and report any damages within a 3 day period.
